i believe for women its polyandry.. and i think theres a plan around it, minimal jail time: (not that i've thought about this)
so you marry 2-5 men, go to jail for polyandry and serve...ehhh two years? THEN you get out, and stay married, if they try to charge you- BOOM, double jeopardy.
unless of course part of the sentencing is divorcing one or more, but really, can the court order a divorce? it'd be against your religion!
